Voorburg, a city in South Holland, was formerly a separate municipality that merged with Leidschendam on January 1, 2002, forming the current municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg. Voorburg is situated along the Rijn-Schie Canal and is surrounded by the suburbs of The Hague, Rijswijk, and Leidschendam.

The location of the room provides convenient proximity to both the city centre and The Hague University of Applied Sciences, KPN, T-Mobile, and other international organizations. Public transportation is within walking distance, with direct connections to The Hague CS and Scheveningen.

The neighbourhood is characterized by charming shopping centres, cosy cafes, restaurants, a swimming pool, a library, parks, and various supermarkets. Moreover, besides Voorburg train station, you'll find a hospital and fitness facilities nearby.

When renting this room, a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. Additional costs: €1200 One-off payment for office costs. This is not refundable.

Please note that house rules apply, such as the use of headphones when playing musical instruments. Visitors, smoking, and pets are not allowed. Registration with the municipality is possible. Once you become a tenant, you'll need to present your ID and proof of enrollment at an educational institution or proof of employment.
