Everything is within walking distance: train station, supermarket, exit road. It is a three-room house, with two furnished bedrooms. The owners are looking for a respectful and neat tenant, with attention to the house. 
They are looking for a fellow resident who finds cleanliness / hygiene important. A tidy house is a must!

The room has a view of the street. The room is approx. 8 m2, containing a single bed, and other standard furnishing: see photo. 

• The deposit is 750 euro and will be refunded after the final inspection, provided no damage or other defects are found.
• House rules: music instruments only with use of a headphone. No visitors, smoking, pets. 
• Registration with the municipality is allowed. As soon as you become a tenant, it is important that you provide your proof of identity and registration to an educational institution and / or proof of employment.
