Finding a suitable room in a new country can be challenging. At KENKO | ROOM-TO-RENT, we understand how important it is to find a comfortable place where you can feel welcome and at home. With more than two decades of experience in room rentals, we offer a personal and reliable approach to bringing tenants and landlords together. ---------- 🏡 Our Story – Since 2002Our journey began in 2002, when we started renting out rooms in our own properties. Over the years, we welcomed tenants from many different countries and backgrounds, gaining valuable first-hand experience in international housing. As our experience grew, we expanded our services to help other property owners find suitable tenants. Today, we focus on rental mediation, using our knowledge and experience to connect international students, interns and expats with landlords offering accommodation in the Netherlands. ---------- 🤝 A Personal ApproachWe believe that finding the right accommodation is about more than simply renting a room. Every tenant has different wishes, and every landlord has different expectations. Taking the time to understand both sides helps us create suitable matches. We value personal contact, honest communication and clear agreements. Our goal is to make the rental process as straightforward and pleasant as possible for everyone involved. ---------- 🔑 What We DoFor Tenants We help international students, interns and expats find suitable accommodation in the Netherlands. Whether you are coming to study, complete an internship or start a new job, we aim to make your search for a room easier. For Landlords We provide rental mediation services for property owners who want to rent out their rooms without the time-consuming work involved in finding suitable tenants. Our services include: ∙ Finding and selecting prospective tenants ∙ Arranging property viewings ∙ Preparing rental agreements ∙ Coordinating the first month's rent ∙ Providing advice and assistance with rental agreement extensions Once the tenant has moved in, the landlord becomes the main point of contact. ---------- ❤️ More Than Just a RoomA room is more than just a place to sleep. It is where you relax after a busy day, prepare for your studies, work towards your goals and create new memories. We understand the importance of feeling at home, especially when you are living in another country. That personal understanding has been at the heart of Room to Rent since 2002. ---------- ✉️ Get in TouchAre you looking for accommodation in the Netherlands, or are you a landlord looking for a reliable rental mediation partner?
