Authentic living in a neat neighbourhood, quiet area in Delft. The house is located near the Agnetaparkbuurt. This is a child-friendly environment, with many young families.

The facilities are easily accessible: cycling distance from Delft Center, near TU Delft, supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance, and exit road within five minutes by car.

The room is approx. 8m2. Private stairs to the room, where the tenant has access to a private shower and toilet: plenty of privacy. There is a single bed, with standard furnishings: see photo.

The landlady is spontaneous / friendly, she has a kind teenage son living with her. Both are internationally oriented. The landlord is looking for a tenant who can get along well in a family context, and who respects their privacy if necessary.

• Houserules: music instruments only with use of a headphone. No visitors, smoking, pets. 
• Registration with the municipality is allowed. As soon as you become a tenant, it is important that you provide your proof of identity and registration to an educational institution and / or proof of employment.
